- When I copy text from a document it is not shown in any Clipboard history (Alfred 2, Paste).
- When I paste content (which happens event though point 1) and undo the paste, both occurrences of the string vanish
- Issue 2 does not happen happen when I cut text (issue 1 remains for that as well). But: the cursor moves it's position so I paste where I don't want to (at least I can undo without loosing the text)
- Performance (even only a selection of 3 words in a short 3 page document) is incredibly bad (2s wait before operation occurs).
Copy & paste not working (at all)
@Philipp-Rottner I'm really not sure about 3rd party clipboard history tools, there's in that respect nothing unusual about our copying & pasting via Manuscripts: multiple clipboard types are made available for pasting to tools like Word or indeed text editors. There is a delay in there right now between clearing the earlier clipboard contents exposed by Manuscripts and placing the new content in there, so that I could see affecting what you see via a clipboard viewer.

Seeing this as a screencast or otherwise describing in a lot of detail the context via firstname.lastname@example.org helps us sort this out. Sorry and thank you!
Re: performance, there is presently a requirement to wait for unsaved changes to be saved before the copy proceeds (has to do with the document versioning), and we take some rather paranoid safety measures to copy content for safety reasons before copying to clipboard as well, both of these we are reviewing and will hopefully still boost the performance of the operation quite a bit.
