Just had my hard drive replaced and did not have the application backed up. I would like to download the client again and get access to my license number but cannot find any available options.

@Renzo-diNatale you can download Manuscripts from http://updates.manuscriptsapp.com/apps/manuscripts/production/download – if you can't find the email that contains the license code, please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org from the address you used for purchasing the license, and that'll help us find the license code for you!
