I paid for Manuscripts Unlimited yesterday, was told that was successful and I would receive an email, but no email. Where do I go with that issue - no obvious support channel for that, no contact us field on web pages...
Paid but no email
I have the same problem. My purchase was made almost one month ago, on March 22. Since then, I have reached out to Manuscripts via e-mail twice and I've called them twice. No response.
The software is useful to me but I cannot access its full features.
If there is no response from Manuscripts in the next two days, VISA has advised that they'll be taking action on my behalf.
This is all very disappointing.
